How to Participate in Launchpad on Nami

On Nami website

Step 1: From the Homepage, select “NAO Project”, then select “Launchpad.”

Step 2: Enter the amount of assets you wish to purchase, verify the total amount to receive, then select “Buy NAO” to confirm.

Step 3: Upon completion of the transaction, the system will display a success notification and the purchased assets will be credited immediately to the user’s Spot Wallet.

Step 1: From the Home screen, click on the event banner to access “Launchpad”.

Step 2: Enter the amount of assets you wish to purchase, verify the total amount to receive, then click “Buy Now” to confirm.

• Participants are responsible for researching project information, assessing risks, and ensuring sufficient V1K balance before submitting a purchase order.

Transaction Risks & Allocation Uncertainty

• Clicking “Buy Now” submits a transaction request but does not ensure that the order will be executed or successfully allocated.
• Transactions may be affected by:
  • Technical errors or system interruptions;
  • Network congestion, blockchain or smart contract issues;
  • Token allocation completion before processing;
  • User-side issues such as insufficient V1K balance or incorrect input
• Once a transaction has been successfully confirmed, Nami will not process V1K refunds or order cancellations under any circumstances.

Market Price Volatility

• The price of NAO after distribution depends on market supply and demand.
• Nami does not guarantee or commit to:
  • The value or liquidity of NAO on the open market;
  • The ability to buy or sell NAO on other platforms;
  • Any financial benefits or future investment outcomes.
• The value of digital assets may fluctuate based on market conditions and trading behavior.

No Commitment to Listing, Utility, or Project Development

• Ownership of NAO does not grant any rights or commitments concerning:
  • Listing of NAO on other trading platforms;
  • The project’s roadmap, progress, or scope of development;

Account & Digital Asset Security
